When we won the Social business, Red Robin had a common problem—they didn't have a consistent brand personality and used social as a catch-all for everything. Our challenge was to reinvent the brand's social presence from the ground up with a social-first strategy and content that leveraged audience interests, sparked meaningful interaction and increased brand loyalty.

After creating a relevant brand voice for all three social channels, we implemented a commerce-forward social strategy designed to build loyalty, increase engagement, and drive sales in store and online. And it worked. Within a year, we had made Bottomless leaps.
